Dr. Leslie Cargile
Dr. Leslie Cargile graduated from the School of Medicine at East Tennessee State University. She won the John Sevier Family Medicine award in recognition of her outstanding scholarship.
After completing her residency and internship at Bristol Memorial Hospital in 1985, she established FamilyCare IMS in Black Mountain. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians and is an active member of the Buncombe County Medical Society.
In addition to her work at FamilyCare, Dr. Cargile is on the staff of Mission St. Joseph's Health System, where she has served as Chairperson of the Department of Family Medicine.
Randy Dobbins, PA-C
It seems like a short time since Randy joined FamilyCare in 2009. In that time he has built an outstanding reputation in our community. After twenty-eight years in the Air Force, Randy retired as a colonel in 2008. Having graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Physician Assistants, Randy augmented his training with a fellowship in Emergency Medicine at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York City. During his service, Randy's responsibilities ranged from the administration of emergency departments to family medicine clinics, during both peacetime and combat. Randy inspires through word and deed, giving selflessly of his time and talents.
